GOALS FOR HENDERSON
- Maintain a favorable business tax structure to diversify our economy to create stable and good paying jobs
- Continue to increase police and fire protection in our neighborhoods
- Give people greater access to city government by development of programs like “Contact Henderson”
- Implement a comprehensive transportation plan that addresses ALL our traffic problems
- Keep our neighborhoods safe and secure
- Continue to use “Smart Growth” planning for our city
- Develop more programs that reduce the number of repeat criminal offenders
- Aggressively pursue more tourism for Henderson that will stimulate our economy
